If you are doing the paper application linked above please print and complete it. Once completed, please mail to the Burlington Township Schools Business Office at 710 Jacksonville Road, Hopkins Building, Burlington Township, NJ 08016 or send to your child's school with your child.

The website linked above features foreign language translations of the Application for Free and Reduced Price School Meals in 49 languages. Families may fill out a translated application and submit it for processing.
