Pre-K Lottery 2026-2027 Information

The Burlington Township Board of Education will offer a full day Preschool program for the 2026-2027 school year. The number of available seats will be determined mid-March once budget projections are completed. The 4 year old program will be available for students who are Burlington Township residents and have reached their fourth birthday on or before October 1, 2026. The 3 year old program will be available for students who are Burlington Township residents and have reached their third birthday on or before October 1, 2026. Selection for both programs will be by random lottery drawing for all students who complete and return the Pre-K Enrollment Form by 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday March 11, 2026. Placement may be made in the program at B. Bernice Young School, Bustleton Road Annex, or Five Points Annex.

Both lotteries will be drawn at the Board of Education Work Session Meeting on Wednesday March 18, 2026 at 6:30 P.M.

The deadline to return the forms is 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday March 11, 2026.

Students that are currently enrolled in the District’s Preschool 3 Year Old Program will automatically be offered a slot in the Preschool 4 Year Old Program. It is not necessary to complete an application for the lottery or go through the registration process again.
